An embarrassing personal aside:  Forget Domani, was, for several years, grandly misunderstood by yours truly. As a newish fan fifteen years ago, I plowed through the massive 20-CD Complete Reprise Recordings randomly on a CD changer, hearing many songs for the first time and perhaps not paying attention as closely as I should have. Forget Domani was one of those tunes.  Its melody immediately grabbed me, but when it came to the words, my ears thought they’d heard, ‘Forget The Money.’ Of course, that wasn’t what Frank was singing – but it stuck in my head!  Several years later  I finally got around to checking the actual title of the song, only to  realize I’d been singing along with the wrong lyric all that time, fortunately not in public.

Have you ever had a “Something Stupid” moment?
