” Love Isn’t Just For The Young” is one of many underrated Sinatra recordings. I play that and another underrated Sinatra recording “I Can’t Believe I’m Losing You” on my radio show along with others too numerous to mention. I like to play the interesting, less well known album cuts along with the hits. I learned that from the legendary Sid Mark of ” Friday With Frank “and ‘Sunday With Sinatra” fame in Philadelphia. My show is ‘Sinatra and Compay” on Furman U. radio when school is in session.

Wish Frank had recorded, I Fall In Love Too Easily, with Gordon Jenkins or Don Costa. Written by his favorite composer, Sammy Cahn, while Frank was on Columbia. I believe the song might have hit home, too close to reality, and that’s why he only recorded it once, and for a movie.

I think he did it with Stordahl didn’t he? He was a good early arranger for Frank, framed his voice well. Jenkins could have brought something great to it,that’s for sure,Costa too.It would have been nice on ” Sinatra and Strings”.
