This heavy, gold 3d concert medallion was issued in Cleveland, Ohio in 1974 to commemorate the grand opening of the then new Cleveland Coliseum. It features a wonderful likeness of Frank Sinatra on the front and the Coliseum on the rear. It comes with a long gold chain. These were made in very limited quantity to celebrate Sinatra's inaugural performance. They look handsome to either wear or display.
