This very heavy medallion (in great shape) with a natural bronze patina is one of the rarest collectibles we've ever offered. After Frank Sinatra ended his long association with Las Vegas' Sands Hotel / Casino, he signed with Caesars Palace. This rarity was minted and given to special high roller guests and celebrities who attended his Caesars debut performace in 1968. A VERY scarce rarity from Sinatra show business history.
